Sorry I didn’t see this post sooner. Hope you had a great time at the event.

I’ll be honest: I wasn’t a fan of how many of the demos were prototypes instead of live. A lot of their AI features feel like they won’t be truly ready until next year.

T1 Pro was fun to watch, but in reality you’re not going to ask it to “show blue cars” and then stand there for two minutes in front of a customer waiting for the answer. It’ll be useful for generating reports, but most of what it does can be built yourself once you map out their APIs.

The Technician AI demo was the one thing that really impressed me. It actually inspired me to build my own workaround. I'm taking the technician MPVI transcribing it and ran it through Gemini to create a structured summary. Next step is fixing my store's process and mapping the form so the Gemini can fill it automatically and save everyone time.
