Traditional vs Nontraditional Lot

Hello,

We currently have a nontraditional lot in Los Angeles and we feel our inventory should attract more sales. Do you find that there's success in a nontraditional lot?

I'd think the key would be in having a strong digital presence, a clean fast website with great photos and descriptions, and making the buying process smooth and transparent.

If you've got a good inventory but sales are slow, it might be worth looking into how you're marketing online, whether your website is setup correctly, pricing is competitive, and how easy it is for customers to reach you.

I'd love to hear more about what your doing?
