After searching for hours, I finally found the TrueCar booth at NADA. The obviously are sticking with their transparency theme as you'll see by the enclosed picture.

I also got a chance to interview Scott and Steve from True Car. Here is the video interview:

Not to change the thread but it does have to do with TRUECAR.

I'm curious to see what some ISM's have in place, such as templates, autoresponse etc.. to capture this customer.

It seems like target price is the new terminology. Is it better to use heritage honda target price ?

I would also like to clarify that I work for a very large dealer group and have some things in place. Just looking for ideas.

This TrueCar train wreck is an amazing business study. Thoughts for my grandkids...

Death by Hubris.
The CEO is publicly is anti-dealer, yet he know he dies without them. Mr. Painter must have come to a premeditated conclusion that dealers are idiots and they'd never connect the dots.

Social Media Accelerates Evolution.
Everyone hates a bully and if Social Media sees you as one, you're in a heap of trouble (see the Arab Spring :). Before Social Media, building consensus against that bully took decades. Now, it takes weeks.

If your business plan has a flaw that requires you to be 2 faced, AVOID HUBRIS at all costs.
