We saw 22% more vehicles being purchased out of the service drive than trades last month. That was a 120% jump from June!

This is all within our own FRIKINtech SERVICEiQ product that automates offers to service customers. A lot goes into that, but I was so surprised to see that change I wanted to share it. A little more detail on our website: Vehicle Acquisitions from customers out-paced Trades in July | FRIKINtech

If this trend continues, I'll let you all know. It is possible we see this continue for a few more months as new cars remain difficult to get.
