I heard about BDC.AI through the grapevine, but talked to their AI, and it was very impressive.

Their AI BDC agents did 2 things that stand out vs other software available today. It’s essentially a fully automated BDC.

(1) Calling, texting and emailing, and the voice was very realistic sounding when i did a demo with them - It even said “um” and can put you on hold.

(2) Their performance from a KPI standpoint is in the ballpark of a real staffed BDC: 30%+ appt set rate, 40%+ show rate. They claim to be AI only.

Dealers we work with are finally starting to be open minded to the concept of AI in their operation.
