I'm looking for advice on vendors to contact about helping list our used bike inventory on Craigslist, eBay etc.

We run about 100-150 or so used bikes on a day to day basis on our site and we currently use Dealer.com

I'm really looking for a system that can take a feed from Dealer.com.

I've talked to AutoRevo and they have some interesting and promising features, however, they can not take a feed from Dealer.com and are not really set up to handle bikes though it can be done and our sister dealer in Austin uses them to sell their non Harley trade-ins via eBay.

Any suggestions on vendors to contact is appreciated.

Thanks!

We don't deal in bikes often (maybe one a year), but I've found eBizAutos to be good enough for my not-a-rider self to get the picture. We've found their product to be quite reliable, able to export nearly anywhere (including to Dealer.com, eBay, and Craigslist), and their support is fantastic. I don't know what they can do for a just-motorcycle dealership, but I'd still give them a call.

Easy to do;

Usually I don't promote my own stuff (at least not too much) but I don't know how else to guide you in this case. At least i can show you it can be done.

Powersports seattle all for sale / wanted classifieds "1-855-216-5287" - craigslist

Boats seattle all for sale / wanted classifieds "1-855-717-5651" - craigslist

Snomobiles seattle all for sale / wanted classifieds "855-216-5287" - craigslist

The results that we are getting are very good compared to many dealers in the car section. However Seattle is a hi traffic area and there are few people posting in the powersports section (amazing enough).

Hmmm... How much does your system fly under craigslist's "radar?"

Can it post into multiple markets?

Maybe we should talk.

Had a demo with AutoRevo today and I liked their product a lot but they cant accept a feed of my inventory from Dealer.com.

I'm really trying to avoid entering inventory by hand.

We can fly.. we can fly... you just have to be nice to CL system.

I'll have Geoff contact you, he is one of the best CL guys for strategizing the account.

Just remember that my job is to have good looking ads with the right stuff (photos, links, phone number, etc) but I can't make the phone ring if your prices are high or the CL area has low traffic.

To anyone following this thread - I didn't see this going down the right path with vendors too quickly jumping in to sell their services. I know sometimes it's slides a little but I this one was brought to my attention more than once. Sorry gentlemen.

I'm still hoping to hear from end users as to what kind of success and failures you've had with different 3rd party craigslist soluitons.

Anyone... anyone... anyone??

Thanks Bill. I may check them out.

I'm hoping for something to help manage what we've got out on craigslist as well as posting to it.

I did find out that my CMS Dealer.com does have a product that will simply spit out a template to be used on ebay but that's all it does for $50/month.

I'm looking for a little more bang for the buck.

✨ AI Highlights

A motorcycle dealer seeking third-party tools to automatically post 100-150 used bikes from their Dealer.com inventory feed to Craigslist and eBay receives mixed vendor pitches and limited end-user feedback. The thread gets derailed by vendors jumping in to sell services rather than sharing genuine user experiences, prompting a moderator warning. The original poster ultimately requests real-world success/failure stories from actual users of Craigslist posting solutions, as technical compatibility with Dealer.com feeds and bulk posting capability remain the key unresolved needs.
