Our dealership used to use Reynolds and Reynolds years ago, almost 20 years ago. We have a Cisco 3560 switch that used to be managed by them. We've never had to do anything with it however now we have to move DHCP from another network appliance to this switch. When I log in all I get is a big message saying Cisco3560.jpgI know the username is rrnet, but i have no idea what the regular password is or the en password. Does anyone have any idea what they could be? I contacted ReyRey and they wont support it because we don't have them as a DMS anymore. Any help would be appreciated. I looked it up and my next option is to just break into it, but i really don't want to have to do it.

A BMW dealership needs to reconfigure a Cisco 3560 switch that Reynolds and Reynolds previously managed but is now locked with unknown credentials; Reynolds refuses to support it since the dealership no longer uses their DMS. After exploring options, the user decides to perform a password recovery procedure on the switch, though some forum members suggest just replacing the aged equipment instead—however, the original poster reveals BMW requires them to keep this specific switch model.
