I am just curious what USA dealer’s thoughts are towards Canadian website providers. I have been in automotive for 15 years half in the USA and the other half in Canada. I have seen fast difference in dealership operations, marketing, and strategies, but I wonder just how the Canadian website providers compare
I am not sure what to say to that but that is very funny. I cannot wait to share your perspective with some Canadian website vendors.Canadian websites start by drinking all your beer (if it is free!), then they talk about hockey (who cares!), and end by starting a fight (better leave!). Its a short but adventurous relationship.

We would never subject ourselves to the torture of drinking American beer!![]()
Yeah, that site and their configuration is whacked. I'm not even sure why I listed it, just saw it in our taxonomy. Meh..
Alex Snyder initiates a crowdsourced compilation of dealership website hosting companies, starting with an alphabetical list of major providers, and community members contribute additional vendors and corrections throughout the thread. The discussion reveals a fragmented market with dozens of hosting options available to dealers, ranging from established players like Dealer.com (Cox Automotive) and Dealer Inspire (Cars.com) to smaller, specialized providers. The key insight is that the dealership website hosting space is highly competitive with numerous vendors competing for dealer business, though the thread doesn't provide guidance on how to evaluate or compare these options.
