Ok, how did this happen? Is this a disgruntled past employee that did this? It is only appearing on the GMB Map, and not on Google Maps.

It possibly could have been a GBP manager. But you'd be surprised how easy it is to get Google to automatically apply user-suggested edits from the public.
I am hopeful that my user's don't suggest such an edit.
While I realize that 20 Bucks is 20 Bucks, I prefer my current Google Maps label.
