CDPs will be as inaccurate as CRMs

Ai can help but it really goes deeper I think.

What would say is the biggest blocker for employees to utilize a CRM consistently enough that it becomes useful?
Being busy with We Owe's, wanting to get the next customer, a lack of belief in their ability to convert that lead, etc. It's not about the CRM. That's why I believe it will take AI to change it.
