    Agree. Since the tool is free, it doesn't hurt other than a few measly seconds to copy and paste them. They key is where you will direct the QR codes too. If you send them somewhere that doesn't bring any value, they will bounce out and you get nothing. If you are going to use the QR codes...

    Every store is going to have a different setup and some stores it works better than others. That being said, logistics aside-Jerry is completely right. So many sales people are still left "waiting" at the window for an up. Handling internet traffic is a skill that will need to be trained...

    For out of town customers...customers that would be "tough" I would spend the extra few minutes. Their "local dealer" wouldnt do this. And I would get customers who would drive hours because they saw that I would give the service!
