Picking up Joe's link for: Fitz is a Zenzio client

This could be useful but ...

It isn't aware of the vehicle I'm looking at so this causes confusion.
-- It provides CTA style of comments that I don't need. I'm looking at a used car, why ask me if I'm looking for new/used?

You close the chat and the memory is all gone.

The chatGPT delay is long and if it needs to think that long and provide an answer that isn't close to what I'm looking for, it's frustrating.

Personally, I wouldn't use it in it's current iteration.

i agree that it's a good start but I wonder if it was tested with actual customers?

They fixed the problem with the chat resetting. Nice!

"Are you leaning towards a new or pre-owned vehicle for your purchase?"
I was asking about the 2020 tacoma.

If you are trying to move me up in the sale then I would rather see: Would you be interested in learning about our newest model?
Or something similar, but, likely, as I said, it is because of the AI isn't aware that I was looking at a used car.
