Hey There - Can folks explain to me why iPacket is useful? What do they charge generally? Why not just add these things to my VDP/website pages. Thanks in advance!

@Jeff Kershner has used it for a while. He likes the lead follow-up with links to the original vehicle info. It is good for Jeff because he's a Mercedes dealer, and the founder of iPacket built it as a Mercedes dealer too.

Jason, sorry for the late response. It's been a busy week.
@Alex Snyder is correct - we have been using and continue to use AutoiPacket. I've established a decent process with utilizing the service for longterm and short term follow-up. We also utilize their website plug-in AND social media features. We have received compliments from our customers as well.
I don't recall what we pay at the moment and since we've been a customer for nearly 8+ years, I'm sure their pricing structure has changed up.
Did you have any specific questions I can answer for you?
Note: the only thing I do not like about them - They are missing out by not participating with our community. I've invited them many times to take advantage of our Sponsorship opportunities and to join us on a RefreshFriday webcast. For whatever reason, they've never shown interest.
