AutoiPacket - Anyone using and willing to provide feedback?

Jason, sorry for the late response. It's been a busy week.

@Alex Snyder is correct - we have been using and continue to use AutoiPacket. I've established a decent process with utilizing the service for longterm and short term follow-up. We also utilize their website plug-in AND social media features. We have received compliments from our customers as well.

I don't recall what we pay at the moment and since we've been a customer for nearly 8+ years, I'm sure their pricing structure has changed up.


Did you have any specific questions I can answer for you?

Note: the only thing I do not like about them - They are missing out by not participating with our community. I've invited them many times to take advantage of our Sponsorship opportunities and to join us on a RefreshFriday webcast. For whatever reason, they've never shown interest. :cool:
 
Generally the premise of digital brochures has a couple of benefits for consumer and dealer

Consumer - do all of the research on a vehicle in one spot, because the digital brochure contains all the goodies: warranties, awards, service history, CARFAX report, window sticker. They get more transparency around the vehicle, and because they can see everything in one spot (a dealer's website), that can speed up the sales cycle

Dealer - makes every car sales person an instant expert on every vehicle on the lot, because they have access to all that same info. Makes it easy to send and share all of that research, instead of compiling manually. Get notified when the consumer looks at it, so you know when to follow-up.

iPacket is a great company full of great people. TradePending, which I represent, has a similar product called AutoBio. What make us different is that we've got our trade-in tool, payment calculator, and video tool integrated into AutoBio.

That means two things:
1 - The consumer doesn't hit a dead end after receiving the digital brochure. They're nudged to next steps like figuring out their monthly payment or trade-in value
2 - Your team can send a personalized video along with the brochure to help increase open rates and responses.

Can't go wrong with either product if those benefits laid out above match the problems you're trying to solve.
