BDC Experts-Proactive Dealer Solutions. Based out of North Carolina. They have the best easiest strategies, scripts, training, and support. While it is expensive it is worth it if your dealership is serious about building a successful BDC. One thing I must say, if your entire management is not onboard then it will be a uphill battle no matter who helps you.
