Lehigh Valley Acura Honda Hyundai Suzuki and Lehigh Valley Certified Used Cars, located approximately one hour north of Philadelphia and 75 minutes west of New York City, have an excellent opportunity to be involved in our fast paced business development call center. This position involves the supervising, training and motivating of a staff of 5 to 7 call center agents whose responsibilities involve the handling of incoming and outgoing internet and telephone sales and service leads. In addition, this department is also responsible for following up on all sales and service customers to ensure satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience working and supervising others in a call center environment or some other marketing entity. Above average telephone communication skills and computer skills are a must. Retail automotive business experience is preferred but not required. Attention to detail, good organizational skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude are necessary for success in this environment.
