I feel the same way @Alex Snyder! Genuinely happy for Chip Grueter this morning. Good guy with a good idea and "the goods" to see it through to completion.

Congratulations to DealerRater and Cars.com. This merger clearly shows the value and growing importance of personal reviews at the salesperson and service advisor level. Although our product at GrowthFX is designed for the dealer and employees to manage and leverage their own reputations, we strongly applaud the attention this will bring to improving customer experiences!
