Cash for Clunkers

The Site Designers Should Be embarrassed!

We are thankful for the rebate, and for the support the American People have given our industry. So I am hesitant to be complaining. We love the program, because it has helped us sell cars. We can put up with the paperwork, the engine blowing, the junk yard transportation, the upset customers that don’t qualify for he silliest of reasons, and even the loss sleep because of the millions not paid. With that said, couldn’t you have spent an extra 100,000 or so for some professionals to build your site. Oracle should be ashamed of themselves. 100,000 simultaneous sessions is child’s play for a smart DB/site designer.
We keep getting false alarms, "the site is up" the team scrambles to log in and in the 8 minutes it takes to get a deal loaded the site is down again... If I was the president I would be embarrassed for his team...
