Number of 3rd party sites will strip formatting, hyperlinks etc. image overlay is a bit challenging based on oem standards at least here in Canada. And some concern about redundancy as the options are broke out in tabs exterior, interior and safety already.

I do like a few of the points for encouraging better boiler plate verbiage, location and so on since that will carry through to other sites

Argument for both.

Intelligent summary is great. Having the details available in an easy to read format is great. Having an exhaustive list of details available should they want to/ need to dig... all that much better. No one ever said "you have too much info on your car available to me "
