Sounds about right.

Plenty more downtime last night, most every DDC customer had some level of sites being down, the longest up to 30 minutes. Hopefully they are making improvements, maintenance, etc. Three 9s equals 44 minutes of downtime per month, last night coupled with the 9/14 & 9/15 outages, DDC will unfortunately be lucky to hang on to two 9s.

To our Valued Partners,

CenturyLink, a third-party internet provider that services one of Dealer‌.‌com’s Data Centers, is experiencing intermittent network issues impacting companies and consumers nationwide, including Dealer‌.‌com and other Cox Automotive properties. This began on Thursday, December 27, and continues this morning.

This issue resulted in brief and sporadic page load failures for some client websites.

CenturyLink has notified us that they have identified the cause of the issue, and as of 10AM Friday, December 28, are making progress toward a resolution.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and are ready to move clients to our backup systems if the situation worsens. Once we are given the all-clear, we will proactively communicate a more detailed explanation of impacts.

We take incidents like these very seriously, and we apologize for any impact these events may have had on your business. Please contact our Dealer Technical Support team with any questions at 888-895-2994.

Nice spotting, but that's on their sorry, sad asses. Don't pass the buck, you decided to use Century Link. I call bullshit.
