Call me crazy, but I think statements like "CRM doesn't sell cars" are adorable. Sure, technically true, but really way off base in spirit. A garbage CRM can absolutely hinder your team, and keep you from selling cars. Similarly, a great CRM can make everyone more efficient, and keep the hottest prospects front and center. Yes, a good CRM can be set up poorly. Yes, a bad CRM can be set up well given the confines. But why start the race carrying a bag of rocks?
