Firstlook vs vAuto

Thanks for answering, Jeff - I am very new to forums in general - so I am still not sure where to click. I'll get better (I hope) as time goes on.

The PDF is great for the floor agents that use it - and our dealerships have PCs at every desk (which isn't the case everywhere, I know) - so that makes it easier.

✨ AI Highlights

Dealers comparing Firstlook (GM's Quickturn) and vAuto for inventory management tools overwhelmingly favor vAuto, citing its superior support, training, user-friendly interface, and proven results—with one dealer reporting inventory turns nearly doubled from 6 to 11 times annually after implementation. While Firstlook offers some premium features like OEM package integration for luxury brands, it suffers from poor usability that discourages consistent adoption. The thread reveals that success with either tool depends heavily on dealer discipline and consistent usage, though vAuto's intuitive design gives it a clear competitive advantage in driving actual behavior change.
