Looks like your using wordpress.

I'd first go into your admin and change the permalink structure you should be able to get to it from this link here after you login.

You'll see something like this:

Day and name 	http://www.phoneupninjas.com/2010/02/17/sample-post/

Custom Structure 	- [B] in this box enter: /%postname%/[/B]
Optional[/SIZE][/SIZE]

change it from "default" to "custom structure" and enter /%postname%/ into the box.

that will get your urls fixed from:

[B][SIZE="4"]http://phoneupninjas.com/?page_id=31 [/SIZE][/B]

to 

[B][SIZE="4"]http://phoneupninjas.com/training[/SIZE][/B]

Once you get that done we can move into more stuff like which keywords you could target, adding more content to your homepage, etc.
