My Vegas highlight had to have been the Gary V keynote. I've read his books and followed him for a couple years and it was a pleasure to see him in person. I was a little baffled but kinda happy after speaking to a few older folks who enjoyed his talk but didn't want to latch on, even after he was so passionate and convincing.

To be in a group of the "most progressive" dealers and to hear that some of them, after a killer keynote, thought he was living in a bit of a fairytale made me realize that there will always be tons of lunch to eat from other dealers - even the ones who "get it".

Above all, the conversations after the sessions is always the highlight for me.
