    Good podcast guys. @Chris Leslie@Chris Leslie, how would you suggest someone build a relationship with you if you weren't online? There is a great online community, but there's also a lot of dealers who aren't involved with it that are hard to get ahold of.

    Transparency (clear indication of KPIs and what they truly mean), at the risk of their own existence will show value. Throw those metrics (vendor model dependent) into a sales attribution model and crunch over time (Does It Sell Cars / DISC). The appropriate vendors should be more than happy to participate. If they've nothing to hide and perform well; they've nothing to worry about right?
