how to screencast my iphone or torch??

I have been using Jing for a while now for some basic screencasts. I wanted to do a screencast on my new blackberry torch. Any ideas how to do this?

If all you want is a screenshot - I use Jiffy Screeshot on my BB.

On the iPhone, the only way I know how to do it is to hold the lock and home buttons simultaneously. The screen will flash, and the image will save to your camera roll. To my knowledge, nothing else exists on the iPhone short of filming the screen.
