Job Description – Internet Sales Specialist
Proctor Subaru is looking for a competitive, motivated, team driven, professional individual to join the Proctor family of automotive sales in a full-time capacity as an Automotive Internet Sales Specialist.
Job Description:
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Will handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Will be available to respond to email inquiries outside normal sales hours
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Able to conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work them accordingly to bring them into the store for a proper vehicle demonstration and close of the transaction (Start-to-Finish)
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Check email frequently and respond to inquires immediately
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Will deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Skills / Requirements
·[FONT="] [/FONT]4 year Bachelor degree OR a minimum of 2 years Sales experience
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Must have good verbal and written communication skills
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Time management and prioritization skills required
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Must have the ability to multi-task
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Proven successful negotiation and closing experience
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Must be able to hit quotas and closing percentages
·[FONT="] [/FONT]All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
