This post is in correlation to the blog announcement, Introducing the Refresh Fridays Weekly Broadcast Series on DealerRefresh where we explain why and how the Refresh Fridays broadcast series was formed and what it's all about. Be sure to review the blog for detailed information about this broadcast program, and use this thread to provide feedback and ideas about the show.
Refresh Fridays is a recurring webinar series broadcast live on DealerRefresh (most Fridays), hosted by @Ryan Gerardi and @Jeff Kershner where we catch up on the latest events, activities, and hot topics related to Auto Retail, often times with a guest (or two). The show also features regular appearances by other Refreshers such as @TomLaPointe - who when present plays an MC role, @Stauning - who brings his insightful and poignant points of view, @Chris Leslie - Co-host of the DealerRefresh Podcast, "In the Mix."
Special Guests Appearances
In addition to the hosts, we often invite one or more Guest Panelists to appear on the live broadcast or dial in. @Jason joins about once a month with a 'Think Bigger' Top of the Month.
Broadcast Time
The live broadcast is capped at 30-minutes, beginning at the top of the hour - 1 pm EST / 10 am PST.
Show Concept
The idea behind Refresh Fridays is to be MEMBER-FOCUSED. DealerRefresh has more than 8,500 registered members and reaches more than 30,000 people each month through the blog, forum, email, and social media. By focusing on our members’ needs and interests, we are able to bring the content and conversations to life that are occurring digitally and socially. Content-wise, we concentrate on the auto industry and the retail as a whole.
How to Watch
Watch on Facebook
Anyone can watch the live broadcasts on the DealerRefresh Facebook page. You can also view the original recordings of these broadcasts in the Videos section of the page. In fact, there is a dedicated Playlist there called 'Refresh Fridays' that contains all the recordings.
Join on the Zoom
The broadcast is conducted using Zoom. The hosts and panelists join each webinar with video on, so viewers are able to see each panelist and the group interaction. By registering with the series, you will receive email reminders prior to each broadcast. Registration is required only once. You are not required to attend the live sessions, but by signing up you will receive exclusive access to some of the related content. Attendance on the Zoom is limited to the first 100 people, so be sure to log on early to reserve your spot.

Recording and Distribution
The sessions are recorded. In some instances, we produce and release them as a standalone video and podcast. In other instances, we only extract bits and excerpts to include in other DealerRefresh media productions. The original Facebook Live recording is also always available on Facebook. See above.
