Is DriveCentric just running away from the pack at this point?

Is this just a story of someone outrunning the market? As much as I complain about some of their reporting progress, the core usability continues to improve beyond any other CRM out there (which is why I chose them). There is just no excuse for any of our sales teams to not be paying attention to the CRM at this point. Check out the iOS Watch app... Any VinSolutions, eLead, or DealerSocket users out there with similar features? Not a diss track, just curious if Drive is just that far ahead at this point.

Currently with Dealer Peak looking to switch to Drive Centric looking for some feedback. Is their AI really good or should we look for outside one and connect with theirs. AI Drivee AI. Thank You for any feedback.
Absolutely their AI is legit and you would never want to connect another 3rd party AI to DriveCentric. Other AI's that layer on an older CRM like eLead, Vin, etc make sense because legacy systems don't have a baked in solution. You always want the left hand knowing what the right hand is doing.

Drivecentric is incredible, but their new desking is the absolute worst.
Compared to Tekion Desking, it is pretty good. Other than DC cannot push back a complete deal into Tekion DMS. The irony. But I blame Tekion for that API limitation. Hopefully DC and Tekion DMS get another level of integration which would allow us to Desk in DC. Tekion is the worst Desking DMS out there.

Their pace feels fast because they keep shipping practical stuff instead of big shiny features that no one uses. The watch app is a good example, it cuts friction for reps who already struggle to check the CRM during busy hours.
If other platforms want to catch up, they need to focus on the same thing, fewer clicks and faster responses. I have not seen Vin or DealerSocket push updates at that rhythm lately, so the gap is real for day to day usability.
