Launching inventory software (startup)

Thanks. Did you get any other customers? Any ideas about getting to the market. Struggling with third party integrations Like Manheim or dealer truck? If you want we can make an online meeting and share some experience.
Right now I'm just dogfooding my own platform (https://www.buycrosscut.com). And we have a full backend, complete with accounting, dashboards, inventory management, recon management, customer retention, lead management, etc. (see attached screen shot)

Being a dealer, I've been able to side step some problems like Manheim integration by using our dealership login and hooking into their private APIs.

Our stack is NextJS/React/Tailwind/Typescript/Node/GraphQL/Apollo/Postgres/Prisma.

I'm always happy to share what I know.

✨ AI Highlights

Two car dealers who built their own inventory management SaaS platforms connect to share experiences and discuss go-to-market strategies. The discussion touches on technical challenges like third-party integrations (Manheim, Dealer Truck) and reveals that one founder (Dennis Walsh) has built a more comprehensive platform beyond inventory management, including accounting, dashboards, and lead management features using a modern tech stack. The key insight is that dealer-founders can leverage insider knowledge and direct API access to overcome integration obstacles that typical software vendors face.
