Live inventory display management

Right now it looks like were going to try to hire a dedicated person to do nothing but convert and upload videos that are going to be shot by two other dedicated in house people.

Thats great, sounds like a good job for an intern from one of the local arts schools.

Something Ive noticed about videos and images is that I never see shots of the instrument/console panel at night.
I know its a lot harder to get a good shot in low light, and no nothing about the technical requirements, but I do like to see what the instrument panel looks like when its lit up at night.

Walt Kustra seeks advice on keeping inventory listings current across dealer.com and other platforms, particularly after experiencing increased inventory turnover from cash-for-clunkers. The discussion covers best practices for syncing new and used inventory with third-party sites, with contributors emphasizing the importance of DMS (dealer management system) daily pulls, proper status codes, and avoiding manual edits on platforms like AutoTrader and Cars.com that cause sync delays. The thread concludes with Walt's plan to hire dedicated in-house staff for video production and conversion rather than relying on third-party vendors, reflecting the broader insight that real-time inventory accuracy requires systematic DMS integration and consistent internal processes.
