My New Adventure - Al West Nissan

I can offer you a couple of options that maybe you have or have not thought about. I have personally been a part of both of these so I know that they work.

1. Find an Independent Repair Shop in your area that wants some work. I looked and it seems that there are quite a few shops in Rolla. You supply the parts. This will potentially upset your existing shop because of course you are going to sub out the less complex stuff. On the other hand, they may not care.

2. Run a 2nd shift. This one can be tricky since your store closes at 6:00. When I did this, the sales department was open until 9:00.

I don't know if the second one is really an option for you. You want to improve efficiency, not make it worse. Pushing half done vehicles out so the 2nd shift has a hoist might run you backward.

The discussion is adding some people to four 10's.

Looks good! Have a few thoughts here:

-Toggling back and fourth, the original version with color made things a little more legible and seemed to draw my eyes a bit more. Maybe consider adding some color similar to the original (doesn't have to be red). I also think the wing at the top would benefit with some color to draw eyeballs towards the mention of nationwide shipping.

-I keep going back and forth on the space under the logo seems. I like that it's clean but it also seems ripe for a phone number/website. I suppose if you did put something here, a phone number likely makes more sense if you're not using 3rd parties as a customer is already on the website.

1. I can agree with this. I'm looking at changing the "Our Warrany Is Worth A Hoot" to red.

2. I felt we just had too much on it as it is and since the 3rd parties often cut the overlay off on the VSR anyway, I chose to leave it off.

Really appreciate the feedback!
