Joe, does your store still keyword other dealerships names? When I was at Saturn you guys did it for all surrounding dealerships. To my knowledge that wasn't good business back then.

That was two-three years back. That was a short lived campaign. With that campaign I had just discovered DKI (Dynamic Keyword Insertion) and I used it all over like a crazy man. It didn't take long to realize all it did was piss everyone off.
