Need Vendor Recommendations For Service RO Payments Online

@Jeff Kershner we haven't signed yet. We really, really like the demo and the features of the program. We left it at coordinating a visit to another dealer comparable in size using the same DMS we are on. Coordinating schedules internally seems to be the challenge right now (unforeseen obstacles arrised) . We use UCS as our DMS and it's always an extremely hard challenge finding vendors that sync well with the DMS. Typically we always visit other dealers using the same DMS to get a real feel of how well the vendor's integration works. It is on the radar though!!!
 
Rick, any update. I only ask becuase I have our MyKaarma rep sitting here right now and from what I hear he has your territory as well. His name is Jon Mayhall. Rather than post his info here in the forum's, private message ame and I'll share with you.
 
@Jeff Kershner , @Rick Buffkin I know this is an old thread! Met with MyKaarma at NADA 2026, booth was very busy, did a demo, supposedly 4,500 customers. Rick, Jeff, you still using MK? If not, also impressed with BlinkAI, Stella and Numa, not as much with Toma or Pam, anyone else seeing success with service & BDC AI solutions?
 
Hey @George Nenni. When this was originally posted I was with a different dealer group. If I recall, the leadership team ended up going with a different provider. I can't remember the name though. There was an acquisition that happened and that dealer group went with a CDK product. The dealer group I'm with now uses ReyRey. I've used it personally a couple times myself and its pretty seamless. As far as Service BDC and AI, in the past 12 months I've looked at so many AI products that I'm getting cross-eyed, LOL. We did do demos with Numa and Toma. Originally we were looking for a AI product for variable ops. After looking at close to 25 AI products, we ended up going with Podium. So far, they have done a very good job for us. We may be adding a Fixed Ops AI product into the mix. I know that Podium has been working on this. Not really sure where they're at with it though. What were some of the things you liked about Numa?

@George Nenni I swear I responded to this yesterday but I guess I forgot to hit Reply.

We ARE still using MK. Initially we were somewhat forced to use them through Mercedes-Benz compliance and from there we have added on a few of their other services.

Mercedes-Benz Compliance have become RUTHLESS other the last few years, but that's another topic all together. I'll be sharing about that in a post here soon.

Thanks for the heads up on the other services out there. Sounds like you had an eventful NADA this year. @Alex Snyder and I plan to "refresh" RefreshFriday podcast and hope to relaunch this spring. Love to have ya on! We can touch on this topic.
