Reputation.com Anyone using them, thoughts?

What are you trying to accomplish Shawn? Are you looking for a monitoring tool or a strategy to win business?

"Reputation Management" is kind of a junk drawer, catch all term. If you can share what your real goal is you'll get a lot of helpful advice here. If you haven't taken time to verbalize what you are trying to accomplish I'd strongly encourage you to work through that before working on the strategy. Some vendors will align better with your goals than others, but more importantly, some goals will NEVER be accomplished by ANY vendor without a decent amount of effort from you. If you just want review monitoring that is a lot different than review driven culture change to impact overall customer experience for example.

I'm not trying to be a jerk. I really hope that makes sense and comes across in the spirit it is intended. Happy to chat with you more about this if you'd like.
