I meant to get this out to you all about a month ago, but things have been pretty busy for us here at VehicleLyfe! I have been watching DealerRefresh on the dealer side for the last 12 years, (30 years in the industry) and joining the team here at VehicleLyfe is my first time NOT in the dealership! I look forward to helping dealers grow and opening up my years of experience to you all here.

Super cool seeing all the activity! We knew we'd pull some customers who didn't hit the equity thresholds out, and that is absolutely happening. Seeing those deals close blows me away at how much negative equity some customers will roll into a new vehicle :eek3:

It is crazy to see all the interactions customers are having and exactly where the go! Customers are engaging!! Creating more opportunities for the dealer is what it is all about!
