What Has Been Your Experience Hiring Female ISMs?

I could bring a woman into either of my two stores without an issue. It's the right culture. There are no women on the sales floor but two thirds of our F&I departments are women. For the most part, the salesmen are older. The stores run a nearly perfect CSI in sales and service. Our office staff is mostly women and very friendly and helpful. I think that I have the right environment to bring in female ISMs. Best of all, they aren't grinders. We don't run bell to bell the last week of the month. The Sales Managers are supportive, not abusive.
 
Jerry is right as always... Females can relate to both men and women better. In the 15 years we have run BDC's in our various operations, our female BDC agents substantially out performed their male counterparts - and I have worked with some super talented male BDC agents. I will not hire a male for this all important role ever again...
