Sundial is a contact-center and revenue-operations platform built for dealerships. It puts the phone system (browser softphone, inbound queues, IVR, call recording) together with texting, WhatsApp, email and website chat in one shared inbox, so every call, message and lead lands on a single customer record. AI voice and chat agents work the same queue as the team. They can answer the after-hours line, take a full intake, book service appointments and hand off to a person with a summary and recording attached. Leads arrive by API or ADF email and are routed, timed and escalated against a response-time target. A deal desk with live payment grids and cost-gated gross carries the conversation through to the close. Sundial is built to run alongside a store's existing CRM rather than replace it. HubSpot is supported today. Multi-rooftop groups can run every location from one parent account with pooled seats. Sundial is built by Andrew Smith, who spent twelve years as CTO of The Higher Gear Group (later OneCommand/Affinitiv) and, as President of Oxhead Alpha, partnered with the California DMV to put 50 million vehicle titles on-chain.
