In the discussion about shipping I had some connection issues. What I had mentioned was that even as a very small, rural dealership in the middle of nowhere, after picking up steam, we delivered to North Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin, Kentucky, New Mexico, Texas, and California in less than two weeks. We have found shipping can be a good way to offload some aged units that you have priced in the dirt.

Something I thought of over the weekend after an email from Joe that might be helpful to smaller dealers. This falls loosely under merchandising. We don't have a marketing person or anyone that is good at generating graphics. A great resource if you're not using it already is Fiverr. Attached are some graphics done by a user on there @prudendesign. All of these cost me less than $20.
