You have to wonder how viable and active they are when companies like Reynolds and ADp only have a dozen reviews. They list DDC control center as a separate software offering. It is the CMS for their website.

:iagree: Unfortunately, many GMs, VPs, DPs, etc. do not sniff out the right sites that better represent reality. This is especially the case for smart sales teams that game Capterra's system and then recommend a potential client to look at it. I'd definitely do that if I was losing the review war on Driving Sales.

Fortunately, though, there are now directories with reviews beyond Driving Sales. Competition is a good thing :thumbup:

Any time you must pay to play, it will not reflect the 'best' in the marketplace. Not everyone will pay. That's a fact. There's a slew of "Top 10" and "Best of" you name it web sites (many run by the same people) and they often have a bunch of third rate companies that were willing to pony up while industry leaders never make the list. AWA does have a vetting process, but the winners are still the 'best of' those willing to pay so they can have bragging rights in their promotional materials.
