With the launch of CR360, dealers will now have a choice of utilizing our full Support team services or self-administer with the most advanced telephony controls offered with a single login. We will also continue to provide new and innovative free phone skills training along with automotive-trained Performance Managers to work directly with dealers to interpret report data and develop action plans to fix the phones.
