Cash flow will be an issue for most dealers.I've seen several vendors offer more of their services and products for FREE vs giving a discount. Basically a Free Trial Period.
What's going to be more useful - Free Trial Period OR Cash Relief??

@Dan Jackson, sorry but Driverbase, who wasn't even invoicing yet, or another vendor like Cars4Sale.com cancelling billing isn't going to help cash flow like a 50% cut from a major expense like Cargurus or TrueCar. Someday you'll be there, but don't say "if we can do it, they can" today.Driverbase waives 100% of dealer listing fees indefinitely and doubles monthly advertising investment in response to COVID-19
COX is reducing 50% for April and May. For us, that's a huge help considering we have Dealertrack DMS, vAuto, Homenet, Dealer.com, XTime, and Vinsolutions all times 6.
@Alexander Lau are you implying that we have to take that deal? Of the roughly 60 relationships we have with vendors currently, none are in-contract. I would also argue that by continuing to stay on with a vendor, we are agreeing to the original terms of the contract so it is a gift for them to halve their revenue. Your meme is in poor taste and timing. My opinion.
