Driverbase waives 100% of dealer listing fees indefinitely and doubles monthly advertising investment in response to COVID-19

After witnessing the carnage in 2008/2009 this is not even a choice. Dealers need to pause/cut expenses to offset the push forward of sales AND service business so they can take care of their employees especially commission based roles. Hopefully all vendors shutdown billing for the duration of the pandemic to protect dealership staff. If a 2nd year early stage vendor can do it so can the big providers maybe it will just take longer to approve? Good luck everyone.

FYI marketing emails and best practices don't count... must be immediate shutdown of billing or looks like it will backfire:

Interest rates look pretty nice (for buyers) on the other side of this.

@Dan Jackson, sorry but Driverbase, who wasn't even invoicing yet, or another vendor like Cars4Sale.com cancelling billing isn't going to help cash flow like a 50% cut from a major expense like Cargurus or TrueCar. Someday you'll be there, but don't say "if we can do it, they can" today.

COX is reducing 50% for April and May. For us, that's a huge help considering we have Dealertrack DMS, vAuto, Homenet, Dealer.com, XTime, and Vinsolutions all times 6.
