PR & News Digital Dealer - Is it Back?

Yeah insane. $3500 a ticket to go stare across the hall at vendors with nothing to do? insane. Wees and Raines Hackathon is literally the only thing there of value and I'd rather pay for Wees and Raines to do an in person training literally anywhere else as a matter of principal. Even if it cost 10X the price of these ridiculous industry tickets. Shameful.

A classic DR rant. Love it.

✨ AI Highlights

Dealers and vendors debate whether Digital Dealer 2026 in Detroit is worth attending, with the consensus leaning skeptical due to a historically vendor-heavy floor and a $3,500 ticket price with no early bird discount. The one standout draw mentioned repeatedly is Brent Wees' AI Hackathon, though several participants feel that alone doesn't justify the cost. One vendor confirmed booking a booth anyway, while long-time attendees say they've already started skipping the event.
