Is tracking 1st Appointment Set after sale valuable?

Not sure I see a lot of value by zip code. Best perfomance.. closest to your store zip. Performance you should be able to measure using most any crm/dms I would think. We simply have appt set status in DMS in sales. Service is simple enough to measure.
