We've tried other DMS, but Auto/Mate works great for us. Affordable, very small integration fees, excellent support, and upgrades to the core DMS are no charge.

We've been on DealerSocket's Blackbird for a while now, and it's working well. Getting started had some hiccups but support has improved greatly since last year. The interface and speed have improved and our staff like the customizable home page.

Any new developments with Auto/Mate that we should know about? Meeting with them this week in consideration of replacing Rey Rey for both DMS and CRM.

Our dealergroup moved from Reynolds CRM to Dealersocket. There is some serious prep necessary to preserve your data and notes from Reynolds out to Socket. Reynolds has contracted limits to how many of years of data that they will provide to outside vendors on past deals. Use Dealervault to download all your client data tables from your DMS and/or your current CRM before switching and you can avoid many issues.

We just made the switch from ReyRey to DS and I would second your comment!
I just watched another dealer do the switch BACK to ReyRey.
And that's really saying something, because ReyRey is not that great of a CRM.
