What VIN check providers are best for used cars?

I've been searching if someone here talks about the VIN check providers when buying used cars. For a few years I've been importing cars from US to Europe, and the only good options were CarFax and AutoCheck (maybe a few others but quality wasn't there..) Maybe I haven't met the right people that can actually give a normal dealership prices or what mistake am I making?

But after shipping 20 cars, and running a couple hundred VIN checks with mentioned providers I understood that 20 cars ain't gonna pay for anything!

So, a year back found this www.zilocar.com and 9 times out of 10, the quality is great, the price is absolutely amazing.
Anybody willing to share what VIN check providers you are using?

Thanks for the help!
