We had a rep give a really good presentation about 5 months ago, but our dealership held off on making any decision - no fault of the company/product. What interests me now is this new XRM platform that they compare to the iphone and its applications' ease of use.

From what I read, key elements to "XRM" include:
*Real-Time Inegration Network (RTi)
*Intuitive (Pro-Active) Software Applications - ServiceVision, iCRM
*xLM - Internet Lead Management/BDC/Social CRM and Web Solutions
*Integrated Telephony Solutions

The Intuitive Software Applications seem pretty innovative, but I don't know - are these just different, suped up names given to technology that other CRM providers already have?

Anyone currently using them - if so, what do ya think?

We have used CAR-Research for some time and it is easy to work with and easy navigate. The bulk e-mail feature is the best I have used and the people we work with at CAR-Research are great. When you pull up a customer we see the value and every dollar they have spent with us. In the past we've used Reynold and Auto Base, and I can honestly say this system is far better than advertised and it make me money instead of just costing me.
