ooo, you guys are though. I think Zenzio's bot is a great MVP. I think Aisa bot is AI RAG system. It's structured data feeding a LLM.

Fitz is a Zenzio client, so I went to a VDP and spoke to is like I was on the lot and I was talking to a rep on THIS VIN that I am looking at.

"looking to buy a NEW vehicle? Fitz is a used car store...

Not perfect, but it's 100000x better than the chat bots we got now.

Not bad, again, not perfect, but it's 10 orders of magnitude better that todays bots

Overall, Asia looks to have a good foundation to grow from.

Picking up Joe's link for: Fitz is a Zenzio client

This could be useful but ...

It isn't aware of the vehicle I'm looking at so this causes confusion.
-- It provides CTA style of comments that I don't need. I'm looking at a used car, why ask me if I'm looking for new/used?

You close the chat and the memory is all gone.

The chatGPT delay is long and if it needs to think that long and provide an answer that isn't close to what I'm looking for, it's frustrating.

Personally, I wouldn't use it in it's current iteration.

i agree that it's a good start but I wonder if it was tested with actual customers?

They fixed the problem with the chat resetting. Nice!

"Are you leaning towards a new or pre-owned vehicle for your purchase?"
I was asking about the 2020 tacoma.

If you are trying to move me up in the sale then I would rather see: Would you be interested in learning about our newest model?
Or something similar, but, likely, as I said, it is because of the AI isn't aware that I was looking at a used car.

✨ AI Highlights

Automotive veteran Alex Snyder vents frustration over vendors misusing the 'AI' label, prompting a live critique of Zenzio, an LLM-powered chat tool used by dealer Fitzgerald. While Joe Pistell sees it as a strong MVP compared to legacy chatbots, others like Carsten and Ryan Everson flag real problems: slow response times, lack of VDP context awareness, and generic CTAs that confuse shoppers already looking at a specific used vehicle. The thread lands on a consensus that current automotive 'AI' is promising but far from customer-ready.
