Good suggestion @jrevilla but no directory providers in the list, but there are agencies. Watching it almost daily to try and determine who may be changing. Dealer is switching agencies soon, so many users soon to be deleted. Thanks!

Right on! Also, look in the backend of their CDK website. If these items are checked, that could be the cause of the website link being overriden
