AI (Artificial Intelligence) - Anyone Benefitting from it?

@EliRezra - this matches what I've seen too. The stores getting the most out of AI right now are the ones using it for one specific, high-impact workflow rather than trying to boil the ocean. The "do everything" AI pitch sounds great in a demo but falls apart in a real store because nobody has time to configure and maintain it.

@Burt Lewis - the custom GPT approach for VDP features and highlights is smart. Curious if you've experimented with anything customer-facing, or if most of your AI use has been internal/operational so far? I think the internal efficiency wins are real but the bigger unlock is going to be AI that improves the actual shopper experience on the website — that's where most dealers are still leaving money on the table.

You're right, when I go everything I've done will collapse. Buying a vehicle is not rocket science. Customers can already use online free AI tools to do the research and gather details. I'm not sure what more AI can help them with?
